Jana Carpenter has the distinction of being one of the first employees hired by the agency and is still with the company today. Her career with Village Insurance started in 1988. She received her Texas Insurance Agents License in 1989 and her Accredited Customer Service Representative certification in 2001.

Aside from being a charter employee of the agency, Jana’s warm and friendly demeanor is what her customer’s look forward to when working with her. She prides herself on going the extra mile for all of her clients and knowing them on a first name basis. Jana’s knowledge and years of experience is a trademark of her work.
